1. General Terms

By requesting or confirming a taxi booking with Drop Taxi Villupuram, the customer agrees to the applicable terms and conditions described on this page.

These terms are intended to provide clear information about booking, fares, travel, vehicle availability and additional charges.

2. Taxi Booking

• Bookings may be requested through phone, WhatsApp or available website booking forms.
• Customers should provide accurate pickup, destination, date, time and contact details.
• A booking is subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our team.
• Customers should be available at the agreed pickup location and time.

3. One Way Taxi

One Way Taxi bookings are intended for travel from the pickup location to the destination.

The applicable fare depends on the confirmed route, vehicle category and booking terms.

4. Round Trip Taxi

Round Trip packages are based on the applicable vehicle package and daily kilometre limit communicated at the time of booking.

Additional kilometres beyond the applicable daily limit are charged separately.

5. Driver Allowance

Driver allowance is included in the listed Round Trip daily package rates where specifically mentioned in the applicable tariff.

If travel continues after 12:00 AM, applicable additional driver allowance may be charged separately according to the trip arrangement.

6. Extra Kilometres

If the vehicle travels beyond the applicable daily kilometre limit, additional kilometres will be charged separately according to the confirmed vehicle tariff.

7. Toll, Permit & Parking

Toll charges, permit charges, parking fees and other applicable government or road charges are extra unless specifically included in the confirmed fare.

8. Vehicle Availability

The requested vehicle category is subject to availability at the time of booking.

In exceptional circumstances, an equivalent or suitable alternative vehicle may be offered after discussion with the customer.

9. Pickup & Waiting

Customers should be ready at the confirmed pickup location and time.

Additional waiting time, if applicable, may be chargeable depending on the booking arrangement.

10. Travel Route & Distance

Actual travel distance may vary depending on the selected route, traffic conditions, road closures, diversions and customer-requested route changes.

Additional travel requested during the journey may result in additional charges.

11. Cancellation & Changes

Customers should inform the booking team as early as possible if they need to cancel or change a confirmed booking.

Any applicable cancellation or modification charges will depend on the booking status, vehicle arrangement and circumstances.

12. Advance Payment

If an advance payment is requested for a particular booking, the booking may be confirmed only after the required payment is received.

Any refund or adjustment will be handled according to the confirmed booking terms.

13. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Be available at the agreed pickup location.
• Do not carry prohibited or unlawful items.
• Treat the driver and vehicle respectfully.
• Follow applicable travel and safety requirements.

14. Luggage

Customers should ensure that luggage is suitable for the selected vehicle and passenger capacity.

Excessive luggage or items that cannot be safely accommodated may require an alternative vehicle.

15. Travel Delays

Travel time can be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, diversions, strikes, government restrictions and other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

16. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a booking where safety, legal requirements, vehicle availability or other reasonable operational circumstances require it.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised update date.
